Free Your Child From the Curse of Low Self EsteemZarathustra wrote in his handbook the words 'as the tree is the receptacle of the sap from the flower, so is the son is the receptacle of the thoughts from the father.' Indeed, the parent in one form or another bears responsibility for the thought patterns and character of the child that he or she possesses. And this is especially true when the parent is not a loving and caring person or parent.
A child's life and development do not become a good indicator unless there are such positive influences. To truly appreciate your child's character traits, you must learn how to give and receive unconditional love. You cannot change a baby's gender; only its mind. However, you can change the environment in which your child lives in - physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
We all have seen and experienced such tangible manifestations of love, caring and compassion toward others. Sometimes, these manifestations do not appear as they really are and we cannot see them clearly. However, we can experience these feelings at the same time as we experience the negative and hostile ones. Thus, it is not difficult to develop and realize that some people are more perfect than others. In fact, the role of these people plays a crucial role in shaping the kind of individual the individual will become.
Our children are a good example to us. They are the types of people that could go on to play an important role in our society. The role of parents of the future is to nurture, develop and help our children develop their ability to think, to do, to be, to have, to reach and to be. The life of a child will be full of challenges and difficulties. He or she will have to struggle with the changes taking place in the body, mind and spirit, both externally and internally.
In other words, such challenges will be met by means of what is termed as Godliness - our strength, fortitude and courage in facing these challenges. If we lack such strength, fortitude and courage, it would not be possible for us to build our characters. To continue on to grow into healthy, intelligent and spiritually mature people, our children need to experience a deep, nurturing love from us. We must be able to love our children unconditionally and genuinely - for their heart and soul, not just for their body.
If you can still feel the love and affection that your children have felt towards you during such situations, you will grow and develop as a parent and as a person. You will become stronger and better capable of handling the challenges that your children might pose to you. This will enable you to love your children even more and to help them in achieving their dream of becoming a great person.
Such kind of unconditional love is also experienced by other parents who want to bring up children who are responsible and productive members of society. Such parents will grow to be the future leaders and the future innovators, the future heroes of our society. May God grant them all the success and happiness they deserve.
